Elizabeth Ondriezek’s background prepared her well for a law practice in family, adoption, and dependency. In addition to her law degree, Ms. Ondriezek is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), which equips her well to analyze and resolve high net worth divorce issues such as real estate and business valuation. Likewise, she worked in the mortgage industry which has proven valuable in advising clients on the disposition of real estate and management of the accompanying liability.

Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Ondriezek served as an Assistant State Attorney, where she prosecuted hundreds of cases in the Domestic Violence and Juvenile Delinquency divisions. This experience enables her to confidently handle juvenile dependency issues as well as Department of Children and Families (DCF) adoptions and related matters. A tireless advocate for the rights and interests of children, she continues to serve as a Guardian ad Litem when requested by the judges of the family and dependency courts. Ms. Ondriezek is also a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator. This additional education is helpful in resolving the legal issues in her cases via the mediation process. Ms. Ondriezek and her team take care to help resolve disputes in a manner that preserves and protects individual dignity and important emotional relationships wherever possible.
