Ms. Ondriezek is a Certified Public Accountant and highly qualified to resolve financial matters. She is one of the very few family law attorneys in Jacksonville to hold this demanding dual qualification. Ms. Ondriezek has also worked in the mortgage industry, giving her special expertise in managing the complications involved in dividing and selling real estate and refinancing debt associated with real estate. Paternity

A paternity case may be filed by either parent when they conceive a child together, are unmarried, and wish to establish parental rights and/or responsibilities, including the calculation of child support, designation of parental responsibility for health insurance and other child-related expenses. Ms. Ondriezek enjoys representing either parent in a paternity matter and will fight zealously for you.

Mediation Services

Ms. Ondriezek is also a Supreme Court-certified family law mediator.
