Elizabeth Ondriezek’s background prepared her well for a law practice in family, adoption, dependency, and guardianship. In addition to holding a law degree, Ms. Ondriezek was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for 32 years. This special knowledge equips her well to analyze and resolve high net worth divorce issues such as real estate and business valuation. Likewise, she worked in the mortgage industry which has proven valuable in advising clients on the disposition of real estate and management of the accompanying liability.

Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Ondriezek served as an Assistant State Attorney, where she prosecuted hundreds of cases in the Domestic Violence and Juvenile Delinquency divisions. This experience enables her to confidently handle juvenile dependency issues as well as Department of Children and Families (DCF) adoptions and related matters. Ms. Ondriezek is also a Florida Supreme Court-certified mediator. This additional education is helpful in resolving the legal issues in her cases via the mediation process. Ms. Ondriezek and her team take care to help resolve disputes in a manner that preserves and protects individual dignity and important emotional relationships wherever possible. Ms. Ondriezek also offers mediation services to both pro se and represented parties in their family law matters.
